Custom and Personalised Orders
I can personalise any clothing prior to ordering, please contact me to arrange details of your personalisation and I will create a listing for you specifically with the personalisation mock ups for you to review and purchase! Costs are between £5-£10.
I've Only Received Part Of My Order, Have You Sent Separately?
Yes! As soon as a print I send so some will be dispatched in a couple of days from ordering others can take 0-1 week to make and dispatch. All orders will be dispatched by the latest dispatch date shown to you upon ordering ☺️ jist some may be quicker than others!
Tracking uploaded to Etsy will usually be for the first item dispatched as it doesn't allow me to add multiple tracking numbers, but if your curious jist send me a DM and I will send you the extra tracking number 💕
Why Does My Shirt Have A Strong Smell, Marks or Stains?
With direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or slightly brown residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from the fixation agent, which supports the chemistry of the ink to form strong bonds with the fabric, when applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Pop your item in a cool wash (30ºC Degrees) and it will wash straight out! :)
How Did My Order Arrive So Fast?
For some International orders, I will have them printed in a local printing company and sent directly to you to make sure it arrives safely and fast!
How do I care for my Garment and keep it looks its best?
To keep your print looking fresh and crisp for as long as possible, follow the instructions below for best practice.
-Turn Garment Inside Out,
-Machine Wash, between 30-40 degrees with similar colours
-Tumble Dry Low or allow to air dry
- Ironing instructions on label but please don't iron over the print if you want to iron the area turn inside out and do it from beneath :)
