Shipping policy

Shipping is free for residents in the United Kingdom, European Countries, USA and Canada. All items above or equivalent to £10.00 are sent with tracking information.

Order Arrived Damaged

If your order has arrived damaged please send me images of the damage and the packaging and let me know if you would like a refund or replacement for your order.

Order Arrived Late

Whilst we all take measurements to prevent any delays, these do sometimes happen and it is out of my control. I will do my best to follow up with the postal services to expedite, but please note delivery time-frames are estimates and not promises. 

Order Not Arrived

All orders above £10.00 or equivalent are sent tracked.

• If your order is not received within 30 days of estimated delivery date, I will class this as lost in transit and issue a refund or replacement.
• If your delivery address detail is incomplete or incorrect and has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot take liability if the items does not be delivered. I will send out a replacement but the order would need to be repaid and full address detail be confirmed.
• If your order tracking shows as delivered but not recieved, please reach out to the postal service provider unfortunately without evidence we cannot replace or refund.
