Postage
Your order may take up to 7 days to print and dispatch them. All orders over £10.00 ( or equivalent) are shipped with tracking. Please find below a timetable for delivery timeframes.

If you order has not arrived by your estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 5 working days as most cases this is caused due to delays related to COVID-19.
If you order arrives damaged, please contact me with images and let me know whether you would like a replace or a full refund.
If you order has got lost in post as per tracking, please contact me and let me know whether or not you would like a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations within 1 hour of ordering, unfortunately after 1 hour, I will not accept cancellations due to the items being made to order, I may have already started your item.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately as these are made to order custom items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
